This existing weighing bridge SCADA system includes many IO devices such as gantries, traffic lights, load cells, ticket printer, RFID reader, speaker, Digital video recorder, and sensors etc. All of those devices are monitored and controlled by PXI real-time system, and the data are saved in the central database. Due to the resignation of the original engineers, the system is unable to complete the commission and has many program bugs affect the performance of this system.
We take over the whole project in very short time, solve the system problems and furthermore improve the system performance. Our professional service helps our customer keep their promise to the end user while they have difficulty in the R&D manpower. The whole project is closed smoothly and our customer wins their credit from the end user.
