In order to monitor the product aging status, this customer develops a RTU subsystem hardware by their own. We help them to build the SCADA system software. During the project period, we exchange lots of experience and opinion with the customer to help them define the subsystem communication protocol, test steps, and test system structure. This system uses one PC to monitor 100 subsystems by RS232 communication, and record the history data, generate alarm, and save customized format test reports.
It help customer to shorten 2 month of the original developing schedule, and lower their engineer manpower on system developing, debugging, and maintenance.
