The customer has an existing tire test system which is breakdown for years. Due to the original supplier terminated their service, this customer cannot find resource to fix the system and modify the drawback of the original system. We help this customer by developing a new program to control all of the hardware of current system, which includes 1-Axis Motion, DIOs, and analog signal from laser sensor.
We improve the test speed to 3 times of the original system, and add new function of tire profile scan, profile analysis, compare to the profile database, and generate the test reporting excel format. All of the test process are automatic, it lower the test engineer’s loading, and save the customer’s budget by using their existing equipment.
