Normally, the resistance range of PCB board is very small, and will be damaged easily if user is not following the correct procedure to do the measurement. Our system allows the measurement to reach 7.5 digits accuracy, record the multiple resistance data by stepping on the foot switch, and generate customized format test report. User can enter various test parameters, such as model, date, personnel, test upper limit, and etc.
By using this system, the customer finally can get the accuracy they required. This automation test and record system also improve their operator’s efficiency on the production line. We also help them to shorten the system developing cycle from 3 month to 2 weeks.
